Digitalisation roadmap project support

From 19.06.2026 to 19.08.2026, Ampwise Estonia OÜ is carrying out the project "Ampwise Estonia OÜ digitalisation roadmap" (project no. 2021-2027.1.02.26-0850).

During the project, a three-year digitalisation roadmap was created for Ampwise, mapping the company's current situation and bottlenecks and setting six priority development directions: a reliable AI-supported sales and growth workflow, repeatable ERP integration delivery, AI-supported quality control and service monitoring, customer onboarding, support and knowledge workflow, management data and market readiness, and secure AI-based work organisation and agent workflows. Each direction describes the objective, implementation logic, timing, ownership, investment scale, economic impact and risks.

As a result of the project, Ampwise's management has an evidence-based, step-by-step basis for making the next development decisions — the roadmap helps reduce repetitive manual work, improve reliability and lower dependency on individual key people, without creating a new permanent reporting layer for a small team.

The project is co-financed by the European Union. The total amount of support received is 9,000 euros.
